Not an Arduino, but based on a cousin of the ATMega168 with built-in USB. Of course totally incompatible with the Arduino development tools. But if you are familiar with Arduino, you'd easily navigate this device.

Instructions for loading (burning) firmware into FEMTO:

    1- Download and Install FLIP
    2- Copy libusb0.dll from usb directory to bin directory: copy the file C:\Program Files\Atmel\Flip 3.4.1\usb\libusb0.dll to C:\Program Files\Atmel\Flip 3.4.1\bin. Make sure you copy the file because it is needed on both directories
    3- Insert FEMTO and do the following sequence:
    a- Push HWD button
    b- Push RST button
    c- Release RST button
    d- Release HWD button
    4- At this point Windows will recognize the device ( FEMTO) and will guide you though the driver installation. 5- Select manual installation and you point the path to: C:\Program Files\Atmel\Flip 3.4.1\usb
    6- Start FLIP
    7- Start USB communication: Settings->Communication->USB
    8- Select device: Device-Select->AT90USB162
    9- Select hex file: File->Load Hex File->filename.hex
    10- Click Run
